At Tipu Resourcing, we have three main services. Our Effective Resourcing programme is designed to give firms the best tools, systems, and resources to get you ready for a successful outsourcing journey. Once you’re ready, you can start outsourcing with us. With access to the best minds in India, we’ll provide a team of offshore accountants trained in Aus/NZ taxation. We’ll also assign you with one of our Team Leaders who will train your offshore team and impart your firm’s unique business requirements. Alongside these services, we also provide high-level coaching to help you grow your business.
Outsourcing enables you to shift the low value work to offshore accountants so that you and your team can focus on the higher value work. With outsourcing, you’ll no longer be bogged down with compliance. Instead, you’ll have time to focus on growing your firm. You’ll also have the opportunity to provide your in-house team with higher value work which, in our experience, boosts morale and leads to higher staff retention.
While the answer to this question entirely depends on the firm’s readiness, once you’re happy to move forward with our outsourcing model we can onboard your offshore team within 24 hours.
We work on a percentage of your fee to your client/per job. To ensure your remote team are adequately resourced, we require a commitment to a minimum of 30k/100k per client. We invoice upon draft and payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date. We meet annually with the Annual Workflow Review to gauge the upcoming year’s workflow, so that we can train additional team members if required. At Tipu, we take security very seriously. With years spent in the industry, we have developed safe and secure systems to protect our clients. Offshore team members will be allocated secure 0365 email addresses. They will then use these email addresses to access your software. For non-cloud-based software, RDP access is set up using AnyDesk.

Our team

At Tipu, we believe in finding the best. That’s why we provide some of the best accountants in India. We only source qualified accountants, with experience in the industry. All of our accountants are trained in NZ/Aus taxation. Once we’ve built your offshore team, we’ll get them up to speed on your firm, clients, and processes.

At Tipu, we’re here to hold your hand through every step of the journey. Whether you’ve enrolled to our Effective Resourcing programme or you’re already outsourcing with us, we’ll provide ongoing support and resources to get you where you need to be. Depending on the needs of your firm, we’ll also provide ongoing coaching and one to one consultations to keep you on track.

If an offshore team member leaves, we’ll allocate you another team member right away. Rather than having to train them yourself, they will be trained by your designated Team Leader.

When you work with Tipu, you can be rest assured that your offshore team are taken care of. We offer a competitive remuneration and provide a safe working environment. Our team is located in Ambala district, India. There is a 6-7 hour time difference depending on NZ/ AUS daylight savings. Your remote team starts their workday between 2.30pm and 3.30pm (NZT). Their first priority is to read and respond to emails before the end of local business hours. We will generally schedule meetings with you and your remote team between the hours of 2.30pm NZT and 5.30pm NZT.

As part of the onboarding process, we’ll run a pilot programme to make sure it’s the right fit for your firm. You’ll send us up to six jobs to get an understanding of our process, systems and quality. 

 

Once we’ve completed the jobs, we’ll get together to review the jobs and discuss the best ways to enhance your experience. At the end of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to terminate our working relationship if it is not working for you.
